Prior 3 years as Western US Sales Manager for energy equipment company working closely with their agents, supply stores and end users. Territory included Mid-Continent, Barnett Shale, Bakken Shale, the Rockies and California. Also worked 4 years for another valve company covering southeast Oklahoma & calling on Producers, gathering companies, and supply stores. Oklahoma geography.

$115K base + bonus

BS CHE (PURDUE ’96). Outstanding presentation; extremely high energy, effervescent and unpretentious personality. Experienced with SimSci-ProII simulation software and AutoCAD. Has supervised up to 5 direct reports. Has been with current combustion equipment manufacturer 17 years. Majority of experience has been as an Applications Engineer doing pricing, proposal preparation, customer interface and sales support. However, it has also included design of process equipment per customer specs. NE Oklahoma geography only.

Mid nineties base

BS Industrial Engineering (Lamar Univ 2011 with 3.2 gpa). Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Bilingual - Spanish/English Software experience includes HTRI and RCS, as well as COMPRESS and PROMAX. Experienced with ASME, API, NACE, TEMA, and ANSI requirements. Experienced with both AIR-COOLED & Shell/Tube heat exchangers Energetic, articulate, pleasant, well-groomed presentation.. Has 4 years experience and would appear to be on a fast-track to a management role. Currently supervises 2 people, an Estimator, and an Applications Coordinator. Is presently with manufacturer of skid mounted compressor packages as an Applications Engineer - Proposals Mgr. Reviews customer RFQs, estimates and specifications; sizes equipment; schedules kick-off meetings. Travels monthly to customer sites for field solutions. Prior experience as an Estimating Engineer - Proj Mgr designing heat exchangers (shell & tube) using RCS and HTRI software. Has worked as a Sales Engineer with a lifting equipment company as well. Currently Sr Finance Mgr as well as US Controller with responsibility for N. America growth and strategy as well as operations in Africa. Former 8 yrs as Corp Controller for pipeline equipment company. Had 12 years with major energy company (coal, propane, gas) where he was Director of Operational Analysis. Prior roles as Acquisitions Manager, Corporate Accounting Manager, Special Projects Manager.. Likes roles directly impacting revenue of company. Strengths are creating strategy, and implementing it. Has developed strategic plans; negotiated contracts + 12 acquisitions and 2 divestitures; designed major computer systems changes. Has managed staff of 12, including 2 Senior Analysts. Management style is that of "listening, planning and reacting". Lacks banking and investment community experience. Also NO SOX experience - all experience has been with PRIVATE companies. Has worked on international project. Has done international HR benefits plans. Was international liaison in Venezuela, Scotland and Norway. Spent 4 years in HRIS / Employee Services as Supervisor, Benefits-Corporate Benefits Administrator responsible for administration of various benefit plans for 2000 employees. Had 1500 US paid employees and approximately 1000 foreign employees and two direct reports (Benefit Specialists). Has handled Self- insured indemnity plan, PPO, 7 HMO's, DMO. Plan administration includes life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), Supplemental Retirement Plan for Executives, International Retirement Plan, Executive Prequisite Administration, Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
