Senior HR Business Partner / Benefits Manager

MBA – Finance; BS BA (Magna Cum Laude) + PHR Certification. Very mature, presents herself well, straightforward demeanor. Took position as Sr HR Business Partner - Info Management with large energy company in 2013. Has HR responsible for 430 employees all over the US. Is strategic role - sits with leadership team of that group as the HR Representative. Supports 7 Business Leaders. Previously with pump manufacturer as HR Manager from 1985 to 2013. Has worked on international project. Has done international HR benefits plans. Was international liaison in Venezuela, Scotland and Norway. Spent 4 years in HRIS / Employee Services as Supervisor, Benefits-Corporate Benefits Administrator responsible for administration of various benefit plans for 2000 employees. Had 1500 US paid employees and approximately 1000 foreign employees and two direct reports (Benefit Specialists). Has handled Self- insured indemnity plan, PPO, 7 HMO's, DMO. Plan administration includes life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), Supplemental Retirement Plan for Executives, International Retirement Plan, Executive Prequisite Administration, Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Will consider relocation on case-by-case basis.
