As President of J. Gifford Inc., Pam draws from her former career in manufacturing where she held positions that included Plant Controller for two divisions; Human Resources Manager for two divisions and, on the Operations side, as a Plant Superintendent for a 24/7 - 365 day aluminum recycling facility. Pam channels these company work experiences to ease apprehensions about her understanding the business side of the recruiting process. Using a frank and honest approach to help companies understand the reality of the employment process, she guides small, mid-size and large companies through unfamiliar markets to ultimately hire the right people. Her manufacturing and management background affords Pam a better understanding of where her clients are coming from and what their expectations are, allowing her to focus on the key issues.

A demonstrated specialist in professional and managerial searches, Pam has successfully served clients and candidates for nearly 15 years. Areas of concentrated specialization are Engineering staffing in the Manufacturing and Process industries (E&P, Refining, Petrochemical) that includes recruiting top talent Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineers, Procurement/Purchasing Agents, Design Engineers (ME & EE), Instrumentation Engineers and EHS Professionals.  Additionally, her Accounting and HR background provides her with a significant amount of credible staffing assignments in the Human Resources and Accounting disciplines.

In her free time Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and family, riding her CanAm Spyder, playing golf, maintaining a dedicated health and fitness regime, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Pam is a Board member of NPAworldwide Recruiting Network, a global network of over 400 independently owned recruiting firms, and is also a member of the Tulsa Area Manufacturing Association (TAMA).
