Marketing Director / Manager
Multilingual – English (native), French, Spanish
Responsible for interfacing directly with the C-Suite at the largest commercial construction contractors in DFW to understand their priorities and relate them to Company’s value proposition. Presents proposals not only for products, but also for professional construction services (engineering support and takeoffs for pricing estimates) and software (Company sells a digital asset tracking cloud-based software). In an outside sales role, his team and he are trained and well-versed in a CRM7 platform for growing the business and tracking sales data.
In previous role as Senior Manager of the Company Project Management Office, his team of corporate project managers supported Company’s energy and industry contractors, primarily dealing with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms that managed large energy facilities. He was the primary liaison between the client and Company’s internal teams to execute project kickoff meetings to define scope of work, timing, contract negotiations, quality control and reviews. In order to execute the job through complex logistics, he and his team utilized SAP to manage warehousing and the supply chain. Traveled occasionally to large energy projects to walk the site, interface with the customer, and adapt his team’s approach to satisfy the client. To develop more business, they regularly employed an approach called “Capture Plans” whereby they identified influencers, decision makers, key sales tactics, and a timeline for action items to win the bid.
Ideally would like Process/Project Management role, or Sales role. Open to large and small companies. Has worked remotely for several years, but prior to that was in the corporate office.
