CNC Operations / Production Manager

FAST-PACED, good energy level, pleasant & cooperative phone demeanor.  Steady work history over 20+ years. Currently Production Mgr in 50 person facility manufacturing liners, liner heads, polished rods, plungers with tight tolerances of .0005″. Manages 2 Production Supervisors and 40 indirect reports. He reports to GM.  Strong machining operations background.  Was a Class “C” machinist at one point running Engine and Turret Lathes. Machine experience include Okuna, Mazak, Leedwell, Mori-Seki.  Current facility has 12 CNC machines, 2 CNC grinders, and 5 #3 Centerless Grinders. 

Attitude is one of Safety, Quality, Production. Is accustomed to building teams and transforming company culture. Has traveled to China to assist with manufacturing set-ups there.
